Rental FAQ
How is long-term rental different from leasing?
With rental you pay one fixed monthly fee that usually covers insurance, servicing, tyres and roadside assistance. You don’t have to sell the car at the end – simply return it or take a new one.
Is the monthly rate a business expense?
Yes. In Poland the rental fee is a deductible business cost and VAT can be reclaimed under the rules for passenger cars (usually 50%, or 100% for exclusively business use). Please confirm the details with your accountant.
What if I exceed the mileage limit?
Each kilometre above the limit is charged according to the contract. If you see you are driving more, we can raise the limit during the contract, which is usually cheaper than paying at the end.
Do I have to make a down payment?
No. Most cars are available with no down payment. A down payment lowers the monthly rate, as the calculator shows.
Can private individuals rent a car?
Yes. Switch the calculator to gross prices and send an enquiry. An advisor will tailor the terms to your situation.
What happens at the end of the contract?
You return the car and we inspect it according to clear fair wear-and-tear rules. You can switch straight to a new car.
